Advanced Foot Care

Lori has been a Licensed Practical Nurse and Advanced foot care nurse for 30+ years.

A Treatment includes a Medical history, foot & lower leg assessment. As well as treatment for Nails, fungus, corns, calluses, ingrown nails, dried cracked heals.

Your first appt. will take approx. 75 min, subsequent appts. about 60 min.

Mobile service is also avail. for seniors and those with disabilities.

Reflexology

Reflexology treatments are customized depending on Medical History and Foot Findings, specifically Deposits and Pain.

There are many reflex points on the feet that correspond to every organ , gland and Nerve network in the body.

These nerve reflex points are stimulated with specific thumb, finger and Thai stick techniques. Traveling up to the spinal cord, brain and back to the corresponding organ, gland of intent.

Where there is Dis-Ease, congestion will be found in the form of deposits and/or pain.

These deposits will stagnate the feet with grainy crystals and deposits mainly composed of nervous tissue, and can be broken down with reflexology.

Another important benefit of reflexology is its efficiency in reducing stress. Stress and nerve tension are related to many diseases and disorders.

Reflexology induces a deep state of relaxation and facilitates homeostasis. It also stimulates the release of endorphins for pain control.

Ayurveda Balance Massage

Ayurveda Balance Massage is a deep relaxing & stress relieving massage aimed at removing the different imbalances created within the body. To remove these tensions, deep and firm strokes are given with fingers, hands, knuckles, fists and elbows.

This unique combination of techniques allows the practitioner the ability to go much deeper into the body, working on different levels.

This massage also works towards strengthening and relaxing the system for day to day excessive physical and mental exhaustion.

Lori's training as a Nurse and Reflexologist is evidence based and with her years of experience she looks at the client as a whole. Customizing each treatment specifically ,according to findings, history & medications. You will work collaboratively to improve stress levels, pain status and help the body regenerate following a disorder or disease process.
